Innova Yacht is the result of a shared vision between Fabian Albarracin and Vinicius Frata, two individuals whose expertise in yachting, luxury, hospitality and experiential marketing transformed a concept into a benchmark for excellence. A brand that is setting the yacht charter scene was born.
A business administrator from Colombia, Fabian Albarracin spent the last decade in the advertising industry, working with global powerhouses like Kayak and Spotify. However, his passion for the sea led him to acquire Miami Boat Rent, one of Miami’s most established yacht charter companies, operating since 2011.
Under his leadership, Miami Boat Rent expanded, gaining recognition as evidenced by its strong reputation and high Google Reviews rating. Fabian’s deep-rooted presence in Miami’s marinas, yachting crew, and vessel ownership circles and proven records on yacht charter were key in Innova Yacht’s foundation.
A Brazilian nonconformist with the status quo, Vinicius Frata built an impressive 17-year career in luxury brand marketing, primarily with Jaguar Land Rover across Latin America and the Caribbean. His expertise spans customer experience, experiential marketing, hospitality and crafting unique moments for HNWI. His partnerships with brands such as LVMH, Veuve Clicquot, CLBXCLAT Club, and Belmond Hotels reinforced his ability to create tailored, high-touch experiences.
Beyond his corporate success, Vinicius has always been drawn to the ocean. A lifelong sailing enthusiast and international skipper certified by ISSA, he combined his passion for the sea with his expertise in luxury brand positioning—leading him to live in Miami, the largest yachting market in the Americas.
