Gratuity is earned by the crew based on their service level, this payment is up to your decision (We recommend 12 to 20% tips for the crew)
Cancellations made 29+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 28 or less days can be rescheduled during the next 12 months period.
In the event of extreme weather such as a hurricane, lightning, storm or tornado, 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) or 25 mph winds or higher based on Miami Beach as location ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY, where it is a danger to be on the water, the charter can be rescheduled during the next 12 months. The captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather.

Rain or cloudy days do not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. In Florida it rains all the time and rain passes fast.
